5 Reasons Why Beach Driving & Parking Is ideal For Moms
July 29, 2016 by Seymone Brutus
I love a good time and great food! We finally got to drive our car onto our local beach for great fun! We failed on our first attempt on account of high tide. This time we called ahead and to our pleasant surprise, our impromptu family beach trip was a go!
And boy, was it not the greatest amenity! Here's 5 reasons why Beach Driving & Parking is ideal for moms!
Sun Splash Park
June 19, 2016 by Seymone Brutus
We finally made it to Sun Splash Park! It wasn't what I expected in a good and bad way. The plus was there were extra picnic tables along the park, right next to the beach. The con was we didn't get to see the splash effect of the park. However, the website notifies you the fountain is down for repairs.
My husband took me out on a beautiful date to what he researched to be one of the top restaurants in Jacksonville, FL, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. The atmosphere was so lovely with a beautiful view of downtown Jacksonville and the food and service was superb! (It reminded me of Top of Daytona restaurant in Daytona Beach) I was excited simply because he planned a full date for us, for my birthday in my hometown. The dinner was the ice cream on top (of chocolate chip cookies-- my favorite).
Curls, Heat & Amusement Park

I couldn't have been anymore fabulous in the heat, in tow with my 3 babies and major perspiration. Some expect frizzy, poofy or even tangled hair extensions-- but no, QUALITY wins every time! My curls dropped beautifully after graduation. This new Glamour Wave is a winner! And Tika, my stylist, is the MVP!

Mar y Sol Festival 2016
May 22, 2016 by Seymone Brutus
Thanks to Fun 4 Daytona Kids I came across a fun outing for us at our favorite chill spot-- the beach! We had so much fun! The culture was so rich and inviting. My husband, being raised in the Haitian culture, was enjoying the atmosphere as if it was an everyday thing for him. He grew up with a lot of Spanish people, food and culture. (And yes, he did school me about the differences of culture within.) For me, my eyes were wide and I couldn't stop smiling and laughing in pure enjoyment of the live music, dancing and my new love for piƱa colada. They served it in a fresh pineapple with the cutest umbrella and garnished with more pineapple!
